Responsibilities:

  • Create testing and certifications reports
  • Create service and repair reports
  • Pull previous reports for technician’s reference
  • Assisting technicians with equipment history through Access Database
  • Preparing documentation packages for scheduled services
  • Creating spreadsheets for various equipment testing
  • Updating new data into Access Database
  • Tracker Updates
  • Administrative (phones, filing, copying, scanning, mailing, report inventory)
  • Completing report requests internally and externally

 

Must Haves:

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Must be detail-oriented and produce highly accurate work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook – familiarity with Microsoft Access is an asset
  • Ability to function effectively under frequent and numerous deadlines
  • Excellent listening skills and superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations in a professional manner
  • Familiarity within the Controlled Environmental field is a plus

 

Education:

  • High school degree or equivalent
